How do I enable SSO in my account I don't see it as an option and I'm on an Enterprise plan
I understand your concern about SSO. I’m routing you to our human team now so they can assist you further with this.
Our support team has got your message and we'll get back to you soon!
If you’re dealing with a specific table, drop the URL below so we can help you quicker. Otherwise, someone from our team will be in touch soon!

Hey Matt! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help✨. Are you able to loop in an IT contact from your team? We'll send a setup link that can be used to configure SSO.
Yes do you want me to provide you with their email here?
Hey Matt, you can either add him in this Slack Channel or share the below information with them directly. For SSO login into Clay we use WorkOS, and it happens in two steps.
Step 1:
Your team connects everything on your side using this link. It should be straightforward, but let us know if anything comes up.
Step 2:
Once that’s finished and tested, reach out to us. We’ll flip the switch on our end so anyone with your domain signs in through SSO.
If anyone is still using Google Auth, we’ll disable that.
One note: Clay doesn’t provision users. SSO is only for authentication. The cleanest flow is to invite new users to your workspace first, then have them sign in with SSO so they land in the right place.
Let me know if you have any questions.
That's great to hear! We can do multi-domain SSO, but unfortunately can't do Google Auth + SSO login
We would be enforcing SSO login only to the people that has the domain @nianticspatial.com, so if your consultants don't have that email domain they should be able to login just as before and nothing would change for them
We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
Still need help here? Reply back and someone will jump back in.
Have a question thats not related to this thread? We recommend kicking off a new ticket in the support channel!
