Could I the difference btwn having a toggle like this turned on and off
Auto-update toggle ON: ** Automatically enriches new rows as they're added to your table ** Runs all columns whenever rows are added or edited ** Uses credits automatically for new entries Auto-update toggle OFF: ** Prevents automatic enrichment of new rows ** Saves credits by avoiding unnecessary enrichments ** Requires manual running of enrichments Best practice: Turn off auto-update while building your table, then turn it back on when ready to launch.
If toggled on, it basically makes it a mandatory field.
Auto-update doesn't make fields mandatory - it automatically runs enrichments on new rows when they're added to your table. With auto-update ON, all columns automatically enrich new entries, using credits automatically. With auto-update OFF, enrichments don't run automatically and require manual execution. The field itself isn't required for data entry - auto-update simply determines whether enrichments process automatically or need manual triggering.
Hello Dipson! Thanks for reaching out! If it is toggled on, any row which does not have a value in that column will return an error in the enrichment column. Toggling it off accounts for the fact that certain rows may not have that value but the prompt should ignore that and continue with the remaining inputs to give a response. It enables you to get some response instead of a missing input error. Does that make sense?
