Hey , i have invited my teammate to work on my clay account . But when he is clicking on the invite link he is getting this . Why ?
The "Your session has expired" message your teammate is seeing is a common session-related issue. Have them try these steps:
Log out of Clay completely
Hard refresh the browser: • Mac: Chrome/Firefox: Cmd + Shift + R, Safari: Cmd + Option + R • PC: Chrome/Firefox/Edge: Ctrl + F5
Log back in and try the invite link again
If it persists, try using an incognito/private browser window
This should refresh their session and resolve the login issue with the workspace invite.

Since the previous steps didn't resolve the session expiration issue, try clearing your browser cache completely and restarting the browser.
If the problem persists after clearing cache, have your teammate try:
Using a completely different browser
Disabling browser extensions temporarily
Checking if they can access Clay directly (without the invite link) first
If none of these work, ask to speak with a human for further assistance with the workspace invitation.

Hi Himanshi, thank you for reaching out. This might be happening because that person is already logged into another Clay account and browser session remembers that log-in information. Could you please ask them to open incognito or private browser window and try the invitation link again?
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact us through the in-app support chat and share their email address so we can investigate further.
