I am on a pro monthly plan w/ 50k credits, and have 30k credits set to roll over. I am getting an alert that 30k credits will expire today, but technically they should roll over since it would be under the 2x cap? Any guidance here?

You currently have 80,200 credits, but your Pro plan's 2x rollover cap is 100,000 credits (50k monthly × 2). The alert shows 30,200 credits will expire because you're already at 80,200 credits, and only 50,000 can roll over to reach the 100,000 maximum. [1]
The system is correctly applying the rollover policy - you can accumulate up to 2x your monthly limit, but any credits beyond that cap will expire. [2] Use the excess credits before today's deadline to avoid losing them.

No. October credit allotment = 50k. Oct usage = 20k. Oct ->Nov rollover = 30k. Nov new allotment = 50k. Total currently = 80k.

You currently have 80k credits
When your plan renews 11/21, you will have 50k credits added to your account
This will put your total credit amount at 130k credits
Since your credit cap is 100k credits (2x your credit amount) you will lose 30k credits due to rollover

Hi Luca! Sorted out w/ support, but it was showing 30K credits expired today, even though the overall account was only at 80k. Makes sense for November renewal though.
