Hi @Clay S., I have referred a client but did not receive any referral Clay credits when she activated her paying plan with my referral link. Thanks in advance !

Yes! When someone signs up using your referral link and activates a paying workspace, both you and your friend will earn 3,000 Clay credits, so it's a little odd that they got the credits and you haven't. Can you share their workspace ID and when they signed up?
Just keep in mind that the credits are only awarded once the referred user activates a paid plan, not during the trial period.

Thanks for sharing the details! Referrals are typically awarded after the referred user completes one full paid billing cycle. This helps us account for any refunds that may occur.

Munnawar H. I am a bit puzzled by this “policy”. This is what your page states : Invite your friends to use Clay! Share your referral link with your friends. When they sign up and activate a paying workspace, you’ll both earn 3,000 Clay credits! When they sign up and activate a paying workspace In no way this suggests completing a billing cycle.

Hey Alexis, just went ahead and manually attributed these for you. Going forward we should be more clear that there is a billing delay to account for refunds. Hope this helps.
