Hi, please don't tell me I need to paste in each of the 500 ip exclusions I have individually into Clay's web intent? Nothing seems to work though -- comma separated, tab separated, semicolon, single quote with comma, double quote with comma... it just parses as one long string :triggered:
The web intent feature allows you to add IP addresses to exclude from de-anonymization, with session data being excluded for those IPs. [1] However, the specific formatting requirements for multiple IP exclusions aren't detailed in our documentation.
Could you click into the IP exclusion field where you're seeing the parsing issue to check if there are any specific error messages or formatting hints displayed?
nothing displayed
For IP exclusions in web intent, try entering one IP address per line (line-separated format) rather than comma-separated. [1]
If that doesn't work, could you click directly into the IP exclusion field to see if any error details or formatting hints appear when you focus on it?

Based on your screenshot showing line-separated IP addresses, that appears to be the correct format - one IP address per line rather than comma-separated or other delimiters.
What specific error or behavior are you seeing when you paste your 500 IP addresses in line-separated format?
this is incorrect
it is saving this as one value

Hello Ron! Thanks for reaching out! Where are you getting this list of IP addresses from? Is there a way you can put it in an LLM to return a comma separated list? I am unsure if it considers a blank space as a separator. I am going to reach out to the team to confirm on this though!
I have reached out to the team regarding this and we will be back with an update! Thanks for flagging this!
