Hi Everyone, would you recommend using Apollo (or similars) prospect database to feed into Clay or use Clay's database to begin?
Clay doesn't have native data - we integrate with 100+ external enrichment tools including Apollo. You can use Apollo within Clay without using Clay credits, which is cost-effective. We recommend starting with Clay's prospecting sources (10+ including LinkedIn, Google Maps, Github) then enriching with Apollo and other providers using our waterfall feature for better data coverage. This approach lets you compare multiple data sources and only pay when results are found.
Hi Charlie, Thanks for out, would love to help you out here. Is your prospecting regional in the US or Global? This will help me understand how to assist you best!
Hi Nicole, Appreciate it. It would UK based then we shall see how successful that is! I don't no whether to use the prospect list builder in Clay or import from Apollo.
Clay does face some limitations for when prospects are outside the US, I would recommend trying but keeping in mind that for your use case it might be better to import sources into clay and then enrich that information.
Thanks for the help with that! Are there any other limitations you would be able to highlight for UK users & what you would suggest?
