does anyone have experience with using Trust Radius clay integration - loking for abetter understanding of the search time avialable along wiht descritpions of the data that comes thru

Yeah, I’ve worked with the TrustRadius integration in Clay. It pulls review data like reviewer role, company info, ratings, and product sentiment that you can use for targeting or signals. A lot of people get stuck understanding which fields are structured vs. just text. What are you mainly trying to pull from it, review signals, company data, or something else?

I pulled in data from this year and now im trying to put in data from december of last year into the table and it doesnt appear to be pulliugn it in

i tried pulling the data into a another table to make sure it existed and it does - any idea why it wont pull data in outside of the intial range

Ah, I’ve seen this happen in Clay before. Usually it’s because the table’s date filter or sync range only covers the initial import, so older records don’t show. Easiest fix is adjusting the date range or re-syncing just that December data. I can show you how to get it in without affecting your current table

i just added a new soruce in teh table for the period - now im just trying to figure out how to merge teh two sources
