GTM Engineer at Provena AI (remote, $800 to $3,000/month + bonuses) Here's the problem we're hiring to solve. Anyone can get Claude to produce a cold email now. Very few people can tell you why one email books meetings and another gets ignored. We need the second kind of person. Provena is a fractional go to market team for B2B software companies selling into niche markets. We run cold email and LinkedIn for our clients, from finding the right accounts to booking the meeting. This is one role with two halves: 1. Write and build the campaigns. Take a client's offer, find the angle their buyers care about, write the sequence yourself, build the list behind it, and keep improving it once it's live. 2. Own the client. You're the person they hear from every week. Clear updates, straight answers, and the calm that keeps their trust when a week is slow. We work in Claude Code every day, and you'll need to be fluent in it. We use it for list building, enrichment and running campaigns. The judgement and the words come from you. A normal week - Turning an onboarding call into an ICP, an angle and a first sequence - Building lists from real signals (hiring, funding, new leadership, tech stack) with Apify and APIs inside Claude Code - Verifying and segmenting leads before anything is sent - Running campaigns in PlusVibe, with LinkedIn alongside - Reading every reply, spotting what's working, fixing what isn't - Running our existing SOPs properly. They're written, we need them followed well You're a fit if - You've written cold email by hand that booked meetings, and you can show the numbers - You've run campaigns end to end: offer, list, copy, launch, iteration - You're comfortable in Claude Code, Apify and APIs - You've used PlusVibe, Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison, and you understand deliverability - Your written English is clean enough to put in front of a client's CEO - You fix problems without being chased Pay $800 to $3,000 a month base, depending on experience. On top of that, you earn bonuses tied to the two things this role exists for: - Client results: when your campaigns book meetings for the client, you share in it - Client retention: when a client you own renews and stays, you get paid for keeping them The best people here earn well above the base. There's also room to grow into leading the team. We'd prefer someone based in South America or Southeast Asia (the Philippines and similar) who can overlap with US Eastern hours each day.
