About the role: Build and lead the team that decides how AI and automation run across our go-to-market. You set the strategy, ship the systems, and prove the impact. What you’ll own:
A revenue-linked roadmap of AI and automation use cases
Guardrails for what AI can do on behalf of the brand
The marketing tech stack and its AI layer
Standards for building and testing AI agents
Training that gets the marketing org self-sufficient
A small team of GTM engineers and specialists
Must have:
8+ years in marketing ops, martech, growth, or GTM ops
3+ years leading people
Partnership building a modern GTM stack
Hands-on experience building AI into GTM work
A record of shipping systems and driving adoption
