6+ years in growth or GTM marketing, marketing or revenue ops, systems, or solutions engineering
Hands-on experience building automation or AI into real GTM work
Fluency with the GTM stack: CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics
Comfort owning the integrations and pipelines between those tools
Strong GTM judgment on funnels, ICP, and buying signals
A habit of automating based on revenue impact, not novelty
