Part-Time Remote Contractor Needed for Salesforce Data Loading and Spreadsheet Management at Raptive
my SF team @ Raptive is looking for a part-time contractor to handle ongoing data load work: preparing and manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets, loading into Salesforce, and validating results for accuracy and completeness. this is a hands-on execution role for someone strong with spreadsheets, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM data. the right person does not need to be a deep Salesforce expert, but should be able to learn Salesforce reporting and data loading processes quickly.

Specifics
💲up to 40 hours /month @ $25 /hour - contractor is responsible for submitting invoices monthly for hours worked
fully remote, must be US based🗓️ weekly hours schedule is flexible, work items have a 2 business day deadline
Core Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, and manipulate data in Google Sheets for Salesforce uploads
Use formulas and spreadsheet logic to validate, standardize, and organize data
Load data into Salesforce using established tools and processes
Test and verify loaded data to confirm it appears correctly and matches expectations
Run and review Salesforce reports to validate load results
Identify data quality issues before and after imports
Track progress, issues, and outcomes clearly using Jira
Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify source data and requirements
Must-Haves
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, working knowledge of formulas and data manipulation
Experience cleaning, formatting, and validating data in spreadsheets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with CRM systems and CRM data structures
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Ability to work independently and reliably in a contract role
Clear written communication
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Salesforce data imports or data loads or familiarity with Salesforce reporting
Experience using Salesforce Data Loader or similar import tools
Experience supporting data cleanup or migration projects
Experience working with business systems or operations teams
