🚀 ChillRep.com is hiring a GTM Engineer 📍 Fully remote · Clay + low-code automation We're an agentic AI agency in Dublin. Amongst other things, we build and run outbound and AI systems for a roster of B2B clients. The GTM engine behind all of it needs an owner. That's this role. 👋 Who we are Ex-Googlers who quit to build this full time, genuinely excited about where agentic AI is going. Our number one priority: we work with joy and fun. You'll own Clay and the data that feeds our outbound. Enrichment, scoring, list building, waterfalls, and the automations that push it all live. 🛠️ What you'll actually do • Build and maintain Clay tables and enrichment workflows • Wire up data flows with webhooks and APIs • Connect the stack: Apollo, Prospeo, Lemlist, and our own AI agents This role isn't customer-facing. If you want reps in front of clients, we're glad to open that door. ✅ Necessary qualifications • Build and maintain workflows in Clay and Lemlist • Handle webhooks, APIs, MCPs, and CLIs • Work hands-on with AI engineering tools like Claude Code and Codex ⭐ Preferred qualifications • Automate with low-code tools like Make or n8n • Know your way around Apollo, Prospeo, Apify or similar 🔥 Who you are • Hungry to learn and quick to pick things up • Strong work ethic and real accountability. You take projects end to end. • An independent worker and a genuine collaborator who brings order to chaos ⚡ How it works One-month paid contract to start, then full-time. This is a founding seat, so it grows into something much bigger as we do. 💸 Rate depends on experience.
