We're building a word-class agency, hiring an "AI Agents Engineer" and we're looking for your help to either join us, or refer someone who would fit the below.
You will work on a fixed commission, on a per project basis (25%), with a clear intention for upgrading to a lasting collaboration. Projects are intentionally thin use cases so agents can be deployed fast, and we can overcome complex integration challenges. Scope of each project is ~2 weeks.

Founders are ex-Google and ex-Salesforce employees, handling all Sales/Sales pipeline ourselves.
We started deploying agents in the GTM space, and we quickly realised GTM space is saturated.
Our approach is the following: Horizontal, company wide AI agentic deployment does not work, so we start from the ground up. We connect with a team inside our client's business, deliver 2-3 agents that save them time/money, they are satisfied and allow us to expand to more use cases, making businesses AI-native one step at a time.
✅ Requirements:
You love building automations for businesses!
You've built and deployed agents (using: Anthropic's Managed Agents (preferred), OpenAI Agent Builder, Google's Agentspace)
You know how to deploy agents in the cloud with safety and security guardrails, controllable access controls, audit trails and basic evals
You're familiar with MCP's, API's, CLI's, and you understand the tradeoffs between choosing each
You have a technical background/ technical past experience adjacent to the above
You're confident to explain what you've built each time (architecture, data flow, edge cases not covered etc)
You're building in Claude Code/Codex, and you understand the right harness to be used for every job

Patches with Clay's MCP & Clay's functions will be useful, but don't reach out if this is your only expertise.
📝 Job Description:
Your job will be to deploy AI Agents for Mid Market companies, one niche agent at a time. From simple use-cases spanning from 1-2 tools, to more complete loops using 4-5 different tools, deployed in existing cloud environments.
You will have the opportunity to engage with a diversified pool of business cases. From vertical specific (Manufacturing, Retail), to function specific (Sales, Marketing, HR).
If you prefer, and only, you can have the opportunity to speak with customers as well.
