Hiring GTM Engineer (Dutch Speaking) for Outbound Lead Generation at Noord50
Hiring: GTM Engineer (Dutch speaking required!) 🇳🇱 We’re hiring a GTM Engineer at Noord50 to help build outbound systems for B2B companies. At Noord50 we run outbound with two teams:
- 1.
GTM / Tech team → builds the data, tooling and campaigns to generate leads for sales
- 2.
Sales team → appointment setting and closing deals
Your role sits in the GTM / Tech side. You build the systems that generate qualified leads. Our SDRs then pick up the replies and turn them into meetings and customers. Most of our clients are based in the Netherlands and Germany and rely on us to scale their sales operations. For some companies we act as an extension of their existing sales team. For others we operate as their entire outbound sales department. What you'll do:
Build lead lists (scraping, enrichment, Clay)
Launch and manage cold email and linkedin campaigns (Smartlead / Lemlist / HeyReach)
Manage email deliverability and sending infrastructure
Experiment and iterate with automation workflows (we have an in house software developer for complex custom automations)
Analyze campaigns and improve performance
Share insights with clients and help with reporting and campaign updates
Requirements:
Dutch speaking required 🇳🇱
Fluent in English
German is big a plus
Hands on experience with outbound tools like Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist or similar
Strong understanding of email deliverability (domains, inbox setup, warmup, DNS records)
Comfortable building complex and creative GTM workflows using automation tools or APIs
Experience with data scraping, enrichment and building high quality lead lists
