We’re hiring a fractional GTM Engineer (~20 hrs/week, remote, $75-125/hr) Smoke Signals AI builds signal-based go-to-market systems for B2B companies. We’re looking for someone who can architect and build the intelligence layer: enrichment pipelines, AI agents, custom API integrations, and the data flow that connects it all to HubSpot. Clay is a core part of our stack, but this role goes well beyond Clay. The right person uses Claude daily as a power tool for research, personalization, and agent workflows. They’re comfortable pulling data from external APIs and know how to design systems that detect buying signals before competitors notice them.
