Hiring GTM / RevOps Operator for Clay and n8n Workflow Management
Hiring: GTME / RevOps Operator (Clay + n8n/Make) We’re a fast-growing agency network building go-to-market strategies & systems for B2B SaaS and AI companies. Looking for a hands-on operator who can own outbound + RevOps infrastructure and grow into a lead GTM engineer role over time. Opportunity for virtually unlimited upside for entrepreneurial operators. You will join an experienced GTM team that needs a technical/operations RevOps executor. What you’ll do
Build and maintain advanced Clay + n8n workflows
ICP sourcing, enrichment waterfalls, scoring, dedupe, cost control
Signal-based workflows (intent, job changes, funding, tech changes, inbound signals, CRM triggers)
Own outbound infra (Clay, Aimfox, Apify or similar, Smartlead or Instantly, inbox setup, warmup, etc.)
Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (volume-based + ABM plays, signal-triggered outreach, sequencing, A/B testing)
Weekly monitoring, reporting, and iteration
Route qualified replies and signals into HubSpot
Who this is for
Strong solo operator or early-stage agency builder
Experience running volume-based outbound, ABM, and signal-driven campaigns is a plus
Comfortable owning systems end-to-end
Prefers building and operating vs client-facing consulting
Interested in growing into a lead role as we scale
Logistics
Start with 1 client, expand to more over time
Preference for LATAM-based candidates or those that can work EST hours
Long-term, retainer-based engagement with combined performance-based comp
All tools and credits provided by agency/client
Comp
$1,000/month base retainer (part-time, covers first client)
Performance-based compensation (e.g., $ per meeting)
Additional compensation per additional active client
