You’ll combine technical chops with GTM knowledge to build lead engines, personalized outreach flows, and CRM automation that converts prospects into customers. Your Daily Workflow:

Engineer smart lead qualification using OpenAI/Anthropic + enrichment APIs
Wire up Salesforce/HubSpot workflows that route and nurture automatically
Craft data-driven outreach campaigns via Clay, Outreach, and custom scripts
Handle domain warmup, deliverability monitoring, and compliance setup
Drive campaign performance from initial build through A/B optimization

Must Haves

1+ years shipping GTM automation with tools like Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead
Solid grasp of LLM integration and getting quality outputs from AI models
Proven track record writing converting cold email and LinkedIn copy
Deep knowledge of inbox placement, sender reputation, and anti-spam rules
Independent operator comfortable managing client relationships

Nice to Haves

Previous agency/startup experience wearing multiple hats
API skills for custom integrations beyond standard platforms
RevOps or demand gen background with attribution experience
