Hey guys we're looking for a couple of skilled freelancers to help us clear the backlog. We're UK based so being on our timezone would be an advantage but not 100% essential. There's potential for both these roles to develop into longer contracts too for the right people. Freelance Technical Campaign & List-Building Specialist Role Overview: Avalanche is looking for a freelance Technical Campaign & List-Building Specialist to support our growing outbound marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for setting up campaigns in automation tools (HeyReach, Clay, Smartlead), building accurate prospect lists, and ensuring smooth campaign launches. Tasks include:

  • Setting up and launching outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns in HeyReach, Clay, and Smartlead.

  • Building targeted lists using automation and enrichment tools.

  • Managing technical setups, including email inboxes and automation sequences.

Ideal candidate:

  • Proficient with outbound marketing automation tools (Clay, HeyReach, Smartlead).

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong technical execution skills.

  • Experienced in workflow automation and integrations.

Commitment: Approx. 40–60 hours/month Freelance LinkedIn Content Writer (Ghostwriter) Role Overview: Avalanche is seeking a talented freelance LinkedIn ghostwriter to create compelling content for executive profiles. Your writing will help build thought leadership and engage targeted audiences, focusing primarily on digital transformation topics. Tasks include:

  • Writing approximately 12 engaging LinkedIn posts per month for an executive audience.

  • Developing content from clear briefs and strategic guidance.

  • Supporting occasional campaign launches with targeted content creation.

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience ghostwriting for LinkedIn executive profiles.

  • Excellent grasp of digital transformation and related industry topics.

  • Able to deliver concise, engaging, and insightful copy.

Commitment: Approx. 16–20 hours/month
