Hey everyone, great opportunity! I’m looking for a full-time GTM-Engineer to help me build and scale all operations of our sales automation agency. Currently, I’m delivering Sales Automation Services for 8 clients in the DACH region. Now, I’m receiving way more requests than I have the capacity to deliver. In other words, if you are the right person and join the team, we will grow fast! So what do you get?
Base Salary ($1,800 - $2,500 per month) + Revenue Share option

The ideal progression for this position is to learn on client projects from day one, all the way to building out delivery processes and ideally leading future operations and the team. Regarding tech stack, we work with classics such as:
Clay (of course)
Make, n8n, etc.
Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.
These skills are important but eagerness to learn and hunger for growth are more important and can make up for missing skills. German is a plus but not a must. Could this be a match?
