Hiring GTM Automation Specialist - Remote Opportunity Available!
We are hiring for a GTM Automation Specialist (Remote) ๐ About the Role As an Automation Specialist, youโll work directly with our CTO (me) and COO (Frederik H.) to design, build, and maintain automated workflows for both our internal operations and client solutions. This role starts part-time (~20 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time (within 3 months) as we scale. Growth Opportunity: As we expand and hire more automation specialists, youโll have the option to develop into a leadership role, managing automation projects and leading a team. Your main responsibilities include: โ Building automation workflows using n8n, Clay, APIs, Airtable, Lemlist, Smartlead and web scraping tools. โ Creating data pipelines for lead generation, outreach personalization and CRM enrichment. โ Optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. โ Automating repetitive tasks like CRM updates, follow-ups, reporting and email outreach. โ Integrating tools & systems like Sales Navigator, Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets and email platforms. โ Troubleshooting & debugging workflow errors, broken integrations and automation failures. โ Testing & refining new automation strategies for improved efficiency. โ Collaborating with the team to enhance automation processes for clients and internal use. โ Showing initiative and working proactively to identify automation opportunities without needing constant supervision. To be successful in this role, you should have: โ๏ธ 2+ years of experience in automation, workflow building or data integration. โ๏ธ Proficiency with n8n (or similar automation tools like Zapier or Make.com). โ๏ธ Experience working with APIs (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication). โ๏ธ Understanding of data enrichment & scraping (LinkedIn, Google, job boards). โ๏ธ Hands-on experience integrating CRM, lead gen and outreach tools. โ๏ธ Ability to debug & troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow performance. โ๏ธ Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for custom automation steps (nice to have). โ๏ธ Recruitment or sales automation experience is a plus. โ๏ธ Strong communication skills (proficient/fluent in English). โ๏ธ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects efficiently. โ๏ธ A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a high level of autonomy. โ๏ธ Comfortable working in European/Dubai time zones.
