Hiring a Remote GTM Director for Cold Email Campaigns

HIRING A GTM DIRECTOR @ Netswick (REMOTE, FULL-TIME) ⚡ We’re looking for a GTM Director to take charge of our clients’ cold email campaigns and begin building a team of GTM engineers under them as we scale in the next 12 months. This role starts at $2K-$2.5K/month, with the opportunity to reach $4,500+/month as early as your second month, plus retention bonuses. As we grow, there’s potential for equity and even a promotion to become our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Netswick is an extremely fast-growing cold email agency. In our first year and a half, we’ve signed 30+ clients. You’ll work directly with me (the founder) every day, improving your GTM strategy, copywriting, campaign management, and client communication until you’re one of the best in the game. You’ll run campaigns end-to-end and have full control over client results. Prove yourself, and there’s zero micromanagement, you’ll have the freedom to run your day the way you want while delivering wins. What you’ll do:
