Job Opening: Product Manager for Content-Led Outbound Agency
Hiring: Product Manager (Content-Led Outbound) We’re a remote, content-led GTM agency helping founders and executives win on LinkedIn/X and convert attention into revenue. We’re looking for a Product/Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end. This is a high-reward, high-pressure client-facing role: you will directly drive client goal attainment, retention, and expansion. Total Compensation: $84,000 (+ Performance Bonuses) Key Responsibilities
Own client accounts from onboarding to expansion, ensuring ≥ 95% are on-track with their business goals.
Review and enforce copy quality for all outbound sequences (cold email, LinkedIn DM) and oversee LinkedIn/X strategy from the copy team.
Define and operationalize intent-scoring models (engagement, firmographic, buying-stage) using Clay.
Architect and QA outbound campaigns: deliverability, merge-tags, tracking, CRM sync.
Monitor strategy, pipeline performance, and reply rates, run experiments (A/B subject lines, CTA timing, signal weighting) and course-correct off-track accounts.
Skills & Experience
1–3 years in product, growth-ops, or outbound marketing (B2B SaaS or agency)
Obsessed with goal-attainment tracking and operational rigor—can define clear success metrics for every client
High-agency operator who pairs creative flair with strategic systems thinking
Able to overlap ≥ 4 hours/day with US Eastern Time
