Join simon&co as a GTM Engineer - Remote Opportunities Available

Design, implement and optimize complex Clay setups (always with a modular approach in mind, to re-use later and keep maintenance really low)

Connect others tools via APIs (Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot, Pipedrive etc.) for seamless workflows

Build scraping processes with tools like Brightdata or Apify or

Support GTM campaigns from data sourcing to outreach execution

Apply AI prompting for copywriting, research, and testing

Clay experience (minimum 6+ months)

Experienced with different APIs, integrations, and technical docs

min. 2–3 years experience Tech, Marketing, Sales, or Operations

English C1 (must-have!)

Independent, data-driven, and solution-focused mindset

Experience with n8n

German language is a aplus - You might also set up campaigns for companies based in the DACH region.
