GTM Engineer / Clay Outbound Specialist Position Open - Remote

Hiring: GTM Engineer / Clay Outbound Specialist Remote | Full-Time Looking for a GTM Engineer with solid outbound automation experience. You'll be building and managing the systems that turn lead data into revenue generating outbound campaigns. What You'll Do

Build GTM systems using Clay for lead sourcing, enrichment & segmentation
Manage data pipelines: Lead Databases → Clay → Smartlead/Instantly workflows
Run experiments: Test new lead sources, segments, and campaign approaches
Handle campaign operations: Manage client inboxes, replies, follow-ups
Maintain systems: Keep ICP segments organized and lists up to date

Requirements

6 months - 1 year experience with Clay (enrichment, workflows, automations)
Working knowledge of outbound tools (Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach)
Systems thinking - understanding of the full outbound funnel
Data skills - comfortable with list building, segmentation, and QA

Preferred Experience

Cold email copywriting skills
Experience with Make, Zapier, N8N for advanced automations
AI prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude)
RevOps/CRM workflow knowledge
Previous experience working in an agency setting
