We do full gtm/revops and work with startups going 0-1 all the way to enterprise with working with BDR Teams of 25+ We are NOT an email only outbound-focused company; much of my work involves giving the reps the ammo to succeed. Qualifying accounts, creating account segments, scoring/prioritizing persona development, etc. We work alot with existing tools like the CRM (Mostly Hubspot) and Sales Engagement Platform (Apollo/outreach/Saleloft), Ideally would love for someone who knows how clay+CRM+Seps+Dialers work together. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Specialist, or a similar role in a GTM-focused environment. • Strong proficiency with Clay and a solid understanding of its capabilities. • Experience working with APIs to retrieve, process, and integrate data into workflows. • Demonstrated success in building, enriching, and qualifying account and contact lists for GTM initiatives. • Knowledge of GTM tools and systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar. • Experience with data enrichment, automation, and workflow design. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting new technologies. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex workflows to non-technical team members.
