Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to develop scalable, technology-driven Go-To-Market strategies at the intersection of Sales and Operations. You’ll design and implement systems that power our revenue engine, leveraging data, automation, and engineering principles to optimize prospecting, pipeline management, and overall sales performance. Your work will drive innovation and scalable frameworks that exceed revenue goals. A deep knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, a passion for rapid experimentation, and comfort with both data analytics and creative problem-solving are all key to thriving in this role. Key Responsibilities : 1. Tech Stack & Automation

  • Build & Refine: Design and maintain a robust GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, Apollo, email warm-up tools) that streamlines outbound prospecting and minimises manual efforts.

  • Automate Processes: Identify repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.

2. ICP Definition & Targeting

  • Understand Product & Customers: Analyze product offerings and customer data to create detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

  • Segment & Focus: Develop targeting methods that pinpoint high-value prospects, ensuring every outreach is purpose-driven and relevant.

3. Sequencing & A/B Testing

  • Build Sequences: Develop and optimize multi-step outreach sequences to engage prospects at scale.

  • Test & Iterate: Use A/B testing to refine messaging, subject lines, and cadence, continually improving ROI and conversion rates.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Measure Performance: Track key metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to evaluate the success of each campaign.

  • Refine Strategy: Leverage insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and automation workflows for consistent, measurable growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in GTM or revenue operations roles, ideally in B2B.

  • Proficiency with GTM tech stacks, revenue orchestration tools, and intent tracking platforms.

  • Experience building TAM models, lead scoring frameworks, and intent-driven strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Strong collaboration skills to align Sales, Marketing, and RevOps initiatives.

  • Expertise in managing and integrating complex tech ecosystems.
