Creating a Repeatable Process to Shortlist and Contact Companies

Driving me crazy. Need support Assume I have a Clay table with 1000 companies, I want manually check 25 companies and add them to another clay table. With these 25 shortlisted companies, I want to find people at these companies How do I create a repeatable process to do this 25 companies at a time, find people at each batch and repeat?

Hemant S. I’m assuming you can do this?
1.
Create a new column that is a checkbox.
2.
Pick 25 companies, check them, and use a ‘write data to another table’ and only write it to another table if the column is checked
If using checkbox is hard for you to determine when you check it, another way could be just creating a new text column and put a date like ‘4August 2025’ or something.
