Sourcing Google Ads Transparency Center URLs: Seeking Solutions

Howdy folks, I'm looking for a way to source Google Ads Transparency Center URLs to run for a list of accounts. Sadly, it doesn't seem like there is a way to just slam together a search URL. Has anyone found a way to do this or have any ideas?
