Do You Need to Upgrade for Full-Time Job Opportunities on Slack?

I am new to slack , just have a small doubt , do we need to upgrade to see full time job opps channel? Im asking coz of the message attached below

No it was because Clay is on the free plan and someone added an external person to that channel, which you can only do when you have a paid Slack. I think that they fixed it already
