Finding Emails for Physiotherapists Not on LinkedIn: Suggestions Needed

Does anyone have ideas on how to find the emails of people who aren’t on LinkedIn without using Clay credits? Context: We have a csv of 15k physiotherapists, including their name, clinic name, and address. Obviously I don’t want to use a Clay waterfall on 15K rows. So far, we’ve tried

Apollo (only returned 10%)
claygent scrapes of clinic websites + search for email (useless at finding person’s email)
3rd party tool “emailsneak” (tool is garbage, save the $20)
Experimenting with Google Search Enrichment + operators (eg site:Facebook.com AND “physiotherapist”)

So far, we haven’t had promising results. Not looking to pay for services, Just looking for suggestions! Any and all appreciated.

Colin G. it could just be that your target market doesn't exist on the internet. Meaning, if you couldn't figure out how to find their emails manually, you won't be able to do it automatically. When my clients have a situation like this, I try to find a niche-specific database
