Automating CRM Updates for Former Customers on LinkedIn

Hi guys, ##Past customer at new company question## I am trying to automate a manual process we currently have in place in my company. We are trying to identify all contacts in our CRM related to customer accounts, that now changed company. They are potential champions, so we would like to engage them when they change their linkedin profile. I found a way to do it one shot, by using Clay agent, looking at each contact Linkedin profile. But I would like to do it every month, to make sure we don’t miss updates. Any tips?
