I’m exploring how we can leverage Clay to deliver keyword intent insights (ie: accounts looking at certain keywords using a search platform like Google) to Sales. Does Clay have in-house functionality to detect or rank intent signals based on keywords and activity data, or would we need to connect it to a third-party intent provider like 6sense or Bombora to make that possible?
What do you mean by "keyword intent signals"? As in the terms people are searching on search platforms (eg. Google, Safari), the keywords in their meta description, etc. Not sure what exactly it is you're looking for 😅
If I understand correctly, you're looking for what specific people are searching which is data that Google or other search engines cannot expose. You can, however, use the Semrush integration to pull data about competitors.
I can't think of any way of doing this exactly Amy M.. If the client is open to running paid search campaigns for specific long tail keywords, you could in theory track the people who view those ads using a tool like ContactLevel and go from there, but unless you manage to break google's privacy systems there isn't really a way to find people purely based off organic search. Or the competitor/Semrush idea from Arpit C. could work too. Hope this is somewhat helpful at least 😅
