Does my roadmap to a first GTM client hold up?

Hello People. For those of you who have been in GTM , can you please guide me on this? Quick background: Backend and product engineer, 8+ years in tech, ex-Amazon. I build end to end, so GTM engineering feels like a natural next layer rather than a career change. Longer term I am building toward my own ventures, with a GTM agency alongside them.
