Wiza Freezing Issue: Help Needed for Mobile Phone Enrichment

Is Wiza stuck for anyone here? My waterfall is stuck on Wiza's find mobile phone enrichment, freezing my table. Any thoughts on how to fix this and make sure it doesn't happen again? Screenshot attatched.
