When to Execute the Enrich Person Action in Cohort Lectures

Hey team, just a quick check. I remember during cohorts lectures that we should execute the enrich person action every time because some items might be old. For example: A person that doesn't work at the that company anymore. I'll appreciate your help! Thanks
