I have an integration between Clay and Lemlist to send leads directly to a lemlist campaign. Tip: Don't request time for a meeting in the first message. Create a short hook or friendly message. Don't make it too long. Make it conversational. Like "Hey, I noticed you do [X]. I wonder if doing [Y] is working for you".

I'm using Smartlead and I think they work with outlook emails. Also something pretty cool is that the warmup feature is already included in the price. No need to buy it separately.

Hey Aleks, as far as I know, cohorts have nothing to do with the certification. That's a separate program.
