Looking for Affordable EU Mobile Numbers and API Providers

Hi all i am trying to buy EU mobile numbers at large scale , are there any good APi providers or can any recomend a cheaper way of doing it? Clay cost per credit is listed below Notice how the 1000 credit plan is cheaer than the 1,500 credit plan! I looked at LeadMagic for APi to save on clay credits but it is about the same cost.
