Best Practices for Tracking Last Enrichment Date in Salesforce

Hi, looking for best-practice advice. Context: we use Salesforce as our CRM and enrich contact-level data via Clay, then sync updates back to SFDC. I’d like to track a last enrichment date on the Contact each time Clay enriches and writes any data point back to Salesforce. The goal is to understand data freshness and avoid unnecessary re-enrichment. Question: What’s the recommended approach to capture Clay’s last enrichment timestamp in Salesforce? Thanks in advance!
