Only name is not enough because there a lot of people with the same name, you need the company info or the email of the person

Have you tried having a technical field on the contact object that has the date of the enrichement ? Then filter based on that date to only enrich contacts with no date or date order than X. At the end of the enrichment the date field is updated by clay
