Seeking Tips to Find US Tradeskill Owner Contact Info

Does anyone have experience finding US Tradeskill Owner info and contact data? I'm tryign to scape a specific state in the US to aggregate all HVAC companies, owner info, email/phone for an email and cold call campaign im working on. There are challenges to identifying that data, as many of these owners do not have Linkedin. Anyone done this successfully before? Would like to shorten time figure this out. Thanks!
