Hello! Has anyone figured out a seamless way to have this workflow:
Find people with clay
Send those people to heyreach to go through a linkedin sequence
Take those people who DID NOT interact with the LinkedIn sequence to Hubspot to then run an email sequence
I am getting stuck with the latter half. I know all these tools interact but I have not found the heyreach to CRM simple, so maybe I go back to clay and cross reference? Sounds time consuming so I thought I would ask!
Hey Kathleen S., this is doable via webhooks. Here is how it would work. You create a sequence where, after certain steps, the lead didn't responded. At that point, we add a false action using View Profile. HeyReach has a webhook trigger for View Profile, so we can use that as a signal that the lead is now eligible for email campaigns. You can catch that webhook in Clay and then send the lead to HubSpot via Clay. The main limitations are: You cannot use View Profile anywhere else in the HeyReach sequence. View Profile has a daily limit of 40 actions. That means you can process up to 40 leads per day using this method.
