Simplifying Repetitive Clay Actions for Agency Client Searches

I'm trying to find the best way to repeat a standard set of clay actions. For my agency, we run the same 4-5 searches for all our clients, just in different cities. I want to make this as simple and repeatable as possible but not sure how to go about it. I made a workbook and tried to duplicate it, but it's very finnicky this way. Any thoughts?
