Clarification Needed on 'Vote for Me' Competition Sponsored by RevPartners

There are many 'vote for me' posts going round, but 4 people on the list of candidates in the comp know nothing about it, or their inclusion. Is this a 3rd-party comp, or is it related to Clay Club tournament? It's sponsored by RevPartners. Does anyone who is running this comp? The voting page is here
