Understanding Close CRM Imports to Clay Table

Does anyone know what this mean in Close import. I'm trying to get contact from Close CRM into Clay table?

It is waiting for you to create a contact in Close.

Amit S. does it then need to be a certain field in close? Once a status changes in Close could it then be pushed though to Clay?
