Improving Campaign Deliverability: Troubleshooting Low Reply Rates

Deliverability? I have 2 campaigns, 1 where I have 5% reply rate and and other with 0.4% reply rate, both use the same copy framework, same inbox (inboxes all above 99%), same database (Apollo), but this campaign number 2 is giving me responses that leads dont work there anymore in 75% of the time, is there a way to fix this?

That usually means campaign 2’s data is stale even with the same copy/inbox, if 75% of replies are “no longer here,” the Apollo list is likely outdated. Best fix is to re-enrich with fresh employment data (LinkedIn/Clay’s person enrichment) before sending, so you only target current contacts. I can show you how to set this up if you’d like.
