Landing a Full-Time GTM Engineer Role in Paris: Seeking Advice
Hey Clay fam 👋 I’m planning to land a full-time GTM Engineer role in Paris within the next 3 months. Targeting French / EU SaaS companies similar to Yousign, Lemlist, Dust, etc. I’m currently building an outbound campaign specifically aimed at Growth / Outbound / RevOps managers to surface real opportunities early (before they’re fully public). Would love your input on two things: 1️⃣ Qualification signals If you were me, what signals would you add in Clay to qualify the right companies for a GTM Engineer role? Examples I’m considering:
Recent funding / headcount growth
Hiring for SDRs / Growth roles
Outbound stack usage (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
ICP complexity / multi-market expansion
Anything you’ve seen work particularly well in France / EU SaaS? 2️⃣ Best outbound approach From your experience, what’s the most effective way to run this kind of campaign?
Direct value-first outreach?
“Mini audit” / loom-based approach?
Warm intro angle vs cold?
Goal is to create conversations fast and land the role ASAP, not spray-and-pray. Appreciate any advice, playbooks, or war stories 🙏
