Looking for Lists or Experts on Developers of Large Construction Projects in EMEA and North America

I have a long-shot request. Does anyone have a list or have created lists of developers of large construction projects in EMEA or the US/CAN/MEX? I'd be interested in acquiring such a list or collaborating if you have significant prior experience and could skip the learning curve on finding/preparing the datasets. (I am really just looking for data/experts with prior experience, so we could speed things up on our end. We do have general GTM engineering expertise in-house.)
