would be cool that if we import a list of more than 50k from CRM that it would also split into multiple tables. I spend (waste) so much time trying to split lists into 50k. Not an issue with csv imports but doing with Hubspot /Salesforce is a pain
Currently, CRM imports don't automatically split large lists into multiple tables. However, you can use row limits to split up large lists without creating multiple tables. For Salesforce specifically, there's a 2,000 record limit per report due to Salesforce API restrictions, so importing from Salesforce lists is recommended for larger data pulls. The automatic splitting feature you're requesting would indeed streamline workflows for large CRM imports from HubSpot and Salesforce.
Hello Taimoor! Thanks for reaching out! Could you tell me more about the workflow you imagine and a high level overview of what you are trying to achieve in the workbook? Is it just CRM updations? I can totally understand how frustrating that limit must be. I am trying to get additional context to relay to the product owners so they can consider it in the future roadmap!
I would also recommend checking out our Enterprise tier. This unlocks functionalities like deletion of rows on a rolling basis, thereby surpassing the 50,000 limit. This ensures that the table does not exceed the maximum number of rows at any given time, while still allowing for the continuous import of data.
