Request for Feature: Automated Contact Bucketing by Company
I’d like to see an easier way to automatically split contacts by company into buckets or lists according to specific rules. For example, I frequently need to assign the first two contacts from each company to a “List 1,” then place the third contact on “List 2,” the fourth on “List 3,” and so on, ensuring that each contact appears in only one list. Currently, this requires manual workarounds with formulas and filtering, which can be confusing and time-consuming. It would be extremely valuable to have a built-in feature for dynamic contact bucketing based on group order or position within a company, making workflows like outreach sequencing much faster and more user-friendly.
